Processing time: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase. During peak times (e.g. Christmas, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always aim to keep you updated.
- Packaging: All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Where possible, we use eco-friendly or recyclable packaging.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances, but we’ll do our best to help trace missing parcels.
- Change of mind: We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Faulty or damaged items: Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Custom/personalised items: These are non-refundable unless faulty, as they are made to order.
